His works have great expressive power and are always linked to the spirit of the place. Rata also likes to play and experiment with visual illusions and how the eye perceives. The artist prefers not to talk about himself, he just wants to say that he has generated a great love for Naples and identifies with the passion of this city together with the ancient archeological cities such as Castellammare di Stabia and Pompei.

"Largo maradona"

Maradona, for Rata Virus, represents a symbol of revolution, understood positively, the power of change, and the redemption of one's social position.

“Forza Napoli, this mural is dedicated to all the revolutionaries in the world. This work of art carved with a drill uses the ruins of archaeological cities destroyed by Vesuvios as a context, to portray the most beloved and important god of Naples, Maradona. Santa Maradona is the finished work of art consisting of two sculpted murals."- Rata Virus

– Rata Virus
